Your result will appear here.

Calendar dates only. Short months use their last day; February 29 birthdays use February 28 in non-leap years.

Your dates stay in your browser. No account needed.

01

Start with two calendar dates

Enter a date of birth and the date you want to calculate against. The second field starts with today on your device, but you can change it to check an anniversary or another date. The result updates when you select Calculate.

02

Read the whole result

Years and months are completed calendar units. The remaining days run from the last completed month to the date you selected. Total days is a separate, exact calendar-day count; it is not the number of years multiplied by 365.

03

How short months are handled

If an anniversary day does not exist in a shorter month, the calculation uses the final day of that month. January 31 to February 28 in a non-leap year is one completed month under this convention. February 29 uses February 28 in a non-leap year. This is our counting convention, not an eligibility decision.
